So try to know what is your vision and who do you want to be, then find out who is your ideal customer, determine how big do you want to scale your business, when you know your vision which means you know the level of sacrifice, you know the level of details, you know the level of teammates, you need supports, bored, all are these things has to tye to the vision that you have so go back to. Also important to know the formula that drives numbers in your business.
