A feature article is a piece of writing, it can be any article or newspaper report of yours or maybe writing get for some magazine or journal, and this piece of writing is a kind of in-depth or detailed study in which you explore various kinds of issues, opinions, or it can be a detailed study about some person and only when this article of your is published, it gets published somewhere in a newspaper or in some magazine or in the journal only than you will call in as featured. Generally, this is ant kind of article you are writing, keeping in your mind, certain issues, some people, some of your opinions which you are going to describe in that piece of writing of yours. And now about the structure of a feature article, a structure is exactly different parts of a piece of writing, there are certain parts which you have to keep in mind, they should be there while writing the feature article. Generally, a feature article has four parts such as heading, introduction, main content, conclusion. In the heading, you have to put a title in this, then an introduction where you put an introductory sentence or introductory paragraph, and then comes your main part which is called the body, it can include various paragraphs as well if your paragraph gets larger one and then last part is a conclusion, there you put a concluding sentence or it could also be a concluding paragraph.
